To fix system glitches, you should force restart your phone to refresh the entire operating system. Sometimes, system glitches could be the reason behind SnapMap not working.

After uninstalling the app, head to Play Store and search for Snapchat to install it again. A menu popup will appear, and click the uninstall option to delete the app from your phone. On Android, long-press the Snapchat icon in your main menu. If none of the solutions work, try to uninstall and reinstall Snapchat, which might do the trick. For Android, launch Google Play Store, search for Snapchat, and click the update option. For iOS, launch App Store and click the update button on the top right corner. To fix the issue, you should update Snapchat to the latest version. Sometimes, SnapMap may not work because you are using an out-of-date Snapchat.
